University Park Inn & Suites, An Ascend Collection Hotel - Davis

The room was cozy, but the train noise disrupted our sleep.

The rooms are huge and updated, with central heating, cable programming and a microwave oven.

The hotel owner was so helpful and a very nice man.I Had so many bags and he help me personally.

Very clean rooms. Accross the street fromt he university (uc Davis). An excellent restaurant next door.

Train horn could be heard at night but easily ignored.

The University Park Inn is excellently located for parents whose children are in the process of entering UC, Davis. It is walking distance to downtown Davis and the University. It also has easy access to the highway.

The breakfast service is minimal and could be improved with the provision of eggs and sausages. The room service did not adequately stock up on the coffee and tea supplies in the room.

KeyCards didn't work, bathroom fan didn't work Refrig was defrosting when we arrived Coffee cups weren't out for breakfast and only staff was on the phone so we had to go to the airport without coffee. We got locked out of our room because key cards didn't work, staff was on phone so it took a long time to attend to us, Train was noisy in distance, air conditioning fan too loud.

Heating system did not work.

My queen room with two queen beds and a sofa bed was super nice and clean. The decor was updated and well put together. The location is close to everything, and they offer free wi-fi, a plus. Breakfast was decent too!

This is the second time I stayed at the Inn. The facility fits our family needs.

Convenient location with room for both business and visiting family

My kids wished there was a better way to manage the pool area, as it felt a bit chaotic. A dedicated kids' space or supervision would really enhance family visits.

The location was marvellous and convenient, for example, a community gallery was not too far away from the hotel. We ate in the great restaurant for dinner which was reasonably priced. The employees were extremely friendly and respectful all the time.

Great staff and clean rooms, but missed more breakfast options. Would return.

A Wonderful Stay with Great Amenities!

The housekeeping staff was friendly. The breakfast selection was really good, particularly the delicious bagels and fresh fruit. Don't miss out on the lovely pet-friendly grassy area for a post-meal stroll!
